After-Sales Policy:

 

1- Replacement Service: Within 7 days of receipt, you may request a free replacement if the product has Non-Human-Induced Quality Issues.

2- Free Repair Service: Within 3 months of receipt, if the product has Non-Human-Induced Quality Issues, we will offer free repair services.

3- Repair Service for Paid: If the product has Non-Human-Induced Quality Issues after 3 months, we will provide paid repair services for about 70 USD.

 

Return Statement:

1- Customer Service Response: After submitting a return request, our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours. Please proactively contact customer service and provide the necessary information to verify the return status.

2- Return Inspection: All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Please ensure the original packaging is intact and the product is undamaged.

3- Return Requirements: If the product does not meet the return conditions (e.g., incomplete packaging or product damage), we will not process the return request

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
